1996 – Present RES Engineers, INC., San Francisco, CA Special Inspection (Project Inspector)
Seventeen years of qualified inspection experience. Special Inspection in accordance with Section 1701 of the building code for structural steel welding, non-destructive testing (UT, PT and MT), high strength bolting, concrete and coating inspection.

- San Francisco Pier 35, (San Francisco, CA) Provided structural steel welding inspection, NDT testing, pipe coating and sandblasting inspection for retrofit of historic pier.
- SFPUC New Headquarters Building, (San Francisco, CA) A new 16-story post tensioned concrete building. Provided concrete and rebar inspection on site and structural steel welding and non-destructive testing and fabrication facility in Utah.
- Walnut Creek Library (1644 N. Broadway, Walnut Creek, CA), Structural steel welding inspection and non-destructive testing for a five story steel framed library.
- Hamilton Pool Recreation Center (1900 Geary St., San Francisco, CA), seismic upgrade and renovation of this aquatic facility including structural steel welding inspection, NDT, concrete and high strength bolting inspection.
- 1180 4th Street Mixed-Use Building (San Francisco, CA). Six story mixed-use building. Services included pile welding, magnetic particle testing, structural steel welding, concrete and rebar inspection.
- Nystrom Elementary School (Richmond, CA), New two-story steel framed multi-purpose building and additional campus modernizations.
- Chevron refinery (Richmond, CA), Mr. Miller provided structural steel welding inspection, ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing, pipe coating inspection, holiday testing, thickness gauging evaluation, erosion control evaluation and sandblasting inspection.
